Framework
This ABLe Change Framework is dynamic and adaptive to local conditions and problems, providing stakeholders with the flexibility to effectively address targeted population-level problems.
Pulse Survey
The Pulse Survey is a collaborative data collection effort that began in the summer of 2014, designed to help stakeholders understand the conditions affecting the families of vulnerable children.
What We Do
Adapting the ABLe Change Framework, developed by Pennie Foster-Fishman and Erin Watson of Michigan State University, BC Pulse supports collective action and learning across Battle Creek stakeholders and organizations to connect, leverage, support, and align current and future system change efforts to better meet the needs of children and families.
